At every step our goal is to eliminate the hassles if not even make the journey of house construction an enjoyable one. We have been working to simplify the process and make it as easy to understand.

To eventually allay your fears, we have put in place rigorous quality control during the whole construction period which would culminate in a pre-turnover walkthrough of the completed house. And even more, we shall be transmitting to the client a warranty kit and a surety bond from our trusted insurance company.

DecoTeam

LSL DecoHomes is composed of highly trained and experienced technical personnel. They were formerly engaged with Belle Corporation as its construction division. The people who will be in-charge of building your house were responsible for the construction of the following:

Tagaytay Highlands Golf Club, Tagaytay Highlands Country Club, The Sports Center, The Spa and Lodge, The Highlands and Midlands Golf Courses, The Pinecrest Village (a condominium development composed of 23 buildings and each with 150 units), The Belleview (a 170 unit condominium building), The Villas (a luxury housing development composed of 48 single detached units), The Woodlands (a log home village with 115 structures), The Funicular System, The Lakeview Subdivision (a 144-lot subdivision), The Alta Mira Subdivision (a 104-lot subdivision), The Plantation Hills(a farm lot development), All the roadways, electrical and water distribution lines, sewerage and drainage lines
